Our Certified Personal Trainer

Mark Campbell, a native of Gananoque, recently completed the Sports & Recreation Administration Program at Lambton College in Sarnia, Ontario, and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Can Fit Program.

Mark has volunteered his expertise in the community with the Pee Wee and Bantam Rep Hockey Teams as well as Coaching the Gananoque Canoe Club for the past six years.

Mark is eager to help you start your Program, whether it is an early New Year's Resolution or to help fight the Winter Blues!
